NZ delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $119 or more. Orders under $119 have a flat $15 delivery charge. We deliver to every region of New Zealand.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Including that handling time, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked courier.
A few products are shipped to us from overseas warehouses before they go out to you. Those product pages show a delivery time of 9 to 17 working days in the buy box, and the same window applies to them at checkout.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
